Welcome!

I decided it was high time to start a blog now that there are three of us. Here is a quick recap of our lives over the past couple of months. After a very uncomfortable pregnancy, our little boy decided it was time to be born almost 3 weeks early and while Scott was out of town. Around 7:30 in the morning on September 11, my water broke. Scott was in Chicago so he got in the car and frantically drove way too fast to make it back to us. My good friend Malia took me to the hospital and stayed with me until Scott arrived (and kept me relatively calm considering Scott was 2 states away!). Scott didn't miss any of the action, in fact, my contractions didn't even start until they induced me when Scott arrived. After 2 hours of very painful pushing, Sean Tristan Aronson was born at 9:55PM on September 11, 2008 and weighed 6 lbs 7.7 oz and was 18 3/4 inches long. He was (and still is) so beautiful (see picture below). He had a little trouble being early, but was absolutely perfect. He's now 7 weeks old and is the love of our lives.
